Eligibility

Our policy lasts for 3 days. If 3 days have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the packaging materials intact.

Exchange is applicable only once per order.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You can apply for an exchange if the product received is defective or damaged.

The procedure for an exchange is as follows:

  1. You can contact us via mail at jhelum@suicura.in

  2. Once your request for exchange is confirmed by us, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.

  3. Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit.

  4. Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check. If it passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will ship the new product to you.

  5. If products go out of stock, the product value will be refunded to your payment source.

 

 Return (not applicable)

  • All sales are final. No refunds on any orders will be made.

 

 Others

  • No returns or exchanges are applicable on any products.

  • Orders canceled before dispatch will incur a cancellation fee of Rs 100/-
